Global IME Bank has launched Call Center Service called Global Connect from Bhadra 1, 2077. The Call Center is an important communication link to customers and is an important source of contact for requesting information and support services. The call center will be the primary contact point for responding to public enquiries. The Call Center centrally manages all calls coming into the Bank via a dedicated hotline telephone number.
In this age of digitization, we need to have a digital platform where the customers are attended by the Bank therefore the Global Connect has been established. In the initial phase, customers can contact Global Connect from 8:00 a.m. in the morning to 7:00 p.m. in the evening in weekdays and 8:00 a.m. in the morning to 4:00 p.m. in the evening during Fridays. Customers can also put up their query and complaints as well as request for information and give suggestions to the Bank via Global Connect.
