- Natural Lighting and Ventilation
- Green Area/Open Space
- EV Home Charging System
Nepalese citizens above 21 years of age at the time the loan is originated and whose maximum age at loan maturity will not exceed 70 years.
Spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, or other family members (living in a single family) will also be eligible as applicants with a personal guarantee.
Sufficient income source to repay the loan obligation.
The residential property being financed must be acceptable collateral to the bank.
